Pumpkin everything during the fall and a leek, mushroom, and herb stuffing for Thanksgiving.
My cooking tragedies
Sweet-potato gnocci in a mushroom sauce, for Thanksgiving 2011. The dish tasted great, but the gnocci really ended up sticking together, making a lumpy-mush looking dish. Also, I mis-calculated my time and ended up being a "hostess from hell", stuck in the kitchen, and not able to mingle :(.
