Use greek yogurt that is thicker and then just a light cream or even try 2% milk next time. Use angel food cake and you've got yourself a low cal dessert! (and use honey to sweeten the strawberries instead.)

Eggnog Cheesecake III

I made this with a gingersnap crust instead. I should have cooked it longer...it was not cooked enough in the middle. I topped with with whipped cream and cinnamon. It seemed to need a little more flavor, maybe more rum? :)

I only cooked the crust for 25 mins and it was very soggy. I would try 35 mins next time.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Oh dear! This only needs about 1/2 cup of butter. It was very very tasty but I had to strain off the butter and put in the oven to try and dry out the stuffing.
