Hmmm....I saw lots of great reviews, but I just didn't think this was good....sorry!! I so much wanted to like it, but it was dry. It's a great concept though!

Spinach Brownies

I wish I could give this a great sounded wonderful. It just turned out pretty mushy, even though I drained the spinach and also left it in the oven 10 minutes extra.

Zippy Shepherd's Pie

This is insane!!!! It is absolutely yummy, but still very healthy! I added more garlic and chopped up some hot peppers, but otherwise followed the recipe. Oh my.....if you're considering making it! And make sure not to leave out any ingredients until you've at least tried it the way it's written. Thank you for posting this Laura!

Easy Spinach Souffle

I wish I had seen this recipe years is absolutely perfect on its own, or.... to put with steak or chicken. I did listen to other reviewers and used more of the egg, cheese and garlic. Also agreed that it needs to stay in the oven really want this nice and set, not undercooked. Thank you so much for this healthy and yummy recipe!!!

This was GREAT!!! Usually when you see a recipe listed as healthy and lo-cal, you don't expect much, but you try it anyway. This one was just amazing....thank you so much, Lalena, for creating something soooo wonderful and tasty, and watching out for our waistlines at the same time!

Chicken Pilaf Saute

This looked like a great starting point, and it was!! I'm trying to watch (a little bit!) my calories and fiber, etc., so I used half rice and half bulgur. Also added lots of garlic and was more generous with the thyme. Also used the boxes of chicken stock, instead of bouillon cubes. Also replaced the pepper with chopped hot peppers. I omitted the almonds. Also, I noticed I didn't need the full amount of cooking time. Thanks to Dorothy for this great foundation, I'm really grateful!
