Zucchini and Feta Cheese Fritters (Kolokithokeftedes)

Holy moly these are AWESOME. This will definitely become a family tradition. I recommend one small change-dredge the fritters in panko bread crumbs instead of flour. Serve fritters with tzatiki sauce and you will be dining with Zeus.

Caramel Popcorn

WOW! You are all awesome. I followed the advice and cut the butter in half, I kept the "naked" popcorn warm in oven it made mixing so much easier. My family seems to prefer the 45 min bake time crunchiness. This is a definite keeper! Thanks for the review advice it made all the difference and makes for an irresistible, can't keep your fingers out of it, very yummy treat.
