Progresso® Creamy Chicken Piccata

We loved it and will make it again. I used the Progresso Creamy Parmesan Basil. I added a little garlic while chicken was browning and followed rest of the recipe as written. After reading the reviews, I was concerned it was going to be too runny but that did not happen to me at all. I added about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water and added a half a box of cooked Fettuccini and the consistency was perfect. - Marilyn

Cabbage Sloppy Joes

My husband and I loved the cabbage idea and will definitely make this again. After reading the reviews, I used an 8oz can tomato sauce instead of catsup and was careful with the brown sugar. I added 1 T of the sugar and I could taste a little too much lemon for me so I added another Tbls of brown sugar and it was perfect for us.

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

Wonderful! Our first time grilling lobster tails. We used little 5 oz. tails along with filet mignon and we cooked the tails about 5 minutes or so and then put them on the upper rack of grill till the filet was medium rare. We butterflied the tails and cut down on the amounts of remaining ingredients. My husband said "we will do this again..best meal ever".
