Thought that this was VERY Good. Made as few changes as I was able to. The soup turned out extremely salty the way I made it.... Otherwise, it would have been truly excellent. We always use Better Than Bouillon for soup stocks. It would have been much better to have used a low sodium broth or stock. Also, I used fresh Italian Sausage from the local grocery that has always seemed a little salty. A lower sodium sausage would also have been much better. The recipe shows only 6 servings but should serve many more. I doubled the recipe to have leftovers and wished that I had made only a single batch. We will DEFINITELY have this again as the whole family loved it. I'll just try to lower the salt content a little next time.
