About this Cook
I haven't been much of a cook for the most part. Just kinda of a plain jane. However, recently I have really been getting into cooking since I found this site,(and a couple others. I like this one the best) and now I love cooking and trying all kinds of new recipes!
My favorite things to cook
Anything on a grill!
My cooking triumphs
I think the best I make is my chili.Just a little kick to it but not so hot it burns your lips off! LOL :-)
My cooking tragedies
I've never known how to make my own spaghetti sauce. Before I found this site I tried to make it. Well, it didn't turn out so well. I guess I had all the wrong mix of spices or something and I put way to much sugar in it to take out the acidic taste of the tomatoes. Edible, but not to be repeated! LOL

Party Pinwheels
These are awesome! Always a hit when I make them for get togethers!

Creamy Tomato-Basil Pasta with Chicken
This was very good! I used regular cream cheese and McCormic crushed basil. I think next time I would cut the tomatoes in half though. And I think I will take the suggestion of marinating the chicken in the dressing overnite before making the dish for more flavor in the chicken. But overall a good dish and I would make it again for sure.
