A Nice Slow-Cooked Pork

The pork was very tender but I thought it needed more seasoning.

This was really good. I loved the slightly spicy flavor of the cayenne with the peanut butter. Maybe I used smaller chicken breasts, but this made maybe 4 servings, not 8. If you're expecting to serve 8 people, I'd double the recipe.

Kielbasa and Bow Ties

Delicious! This is one of my favorite weeknight meals because it is so quick and easy to make. I like to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little extra spice.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

I enjoyed the roasted cauliflower, but the directions did not work well for me. Before the cauliflower was cooked through, the garlic was burnt. Maybe it would work better to roast whole cloves or a head of garlic and combine them with the cauliflower after it is cooked.

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes

This is a very tasty and beautiful dish. Like other reviewers, I prefer to skip the sugar and use grape tomatoes. It is also good with two or three tablespoons of olive oil in place of the butter.

Raspberry Lemonade Pie

Sauteed Zucchini

I am not normally a fan of zucchini, but I found that I actually like it when prepared this way! It was a little watery, but I did use a can of drained, diced tomatoes because I didn't have any fresh ones. I think I might skip the water or decrease it if I used canned tomatoes in the future. This will be my go-to recipe for zucchini from now on! Thanks for a tasty recipe!

Spicy Turkey Burgers

These were very good burgers! They had good flavor and some spice but were not too hot. The cumin was a little stronger than we care for, so I think I will cut back on it next time. Overall, we thought these were delicious and we will definitely be making them again.
