Dill Gazpacho
Mine is chilling now. I did make a few revisions, I used a red pepper instead of green for color. I added 2 minced cloves of garlic and used 2 lemons instead of one since I like things tart. As another reviewer did, I used one jalapeno seeded and one not seeded for the added zip. Deeelish!!

The Best Fresh Tomato Salsa
I just made this, sticking close to the recipe. I added a scant splash of Worcestershire. I used 1 whole jalapeno with seeds and one seeded. Since I like spicy, next time I'll use two with seeds. But it was good right out of the box. It's now in the fridge allowing all the flavors to meld. I'll see if I can keep my hands off it for an hour or two.
