About this Cook
I am a Medical Lab Tech currently living in Germany and will be moving to England soon. I have always loved to cook and learned a lot of my skills and know how from my grandmother, aunt, and mother (who claims she can't cook lol). I always love trying those difficult recipes and coming out triumphant, but I also appreciate the simple meals.

Mango-Pecan Chicken
Was good, even with frozen mango instead of fresh. The sauce is on the sweet side but complemented the chicken well that was seasoned with course black pepper. I served it with saffron-caraway basmati rice Yum!

Honeybee Cookies
These are phenomenal! Came out looking just like the picture and have great flavor! My cat Nyx even made off with a couple. Cat and Husband approved.

Pan-Seared Duck Breast with Blueberry Sauce
Only used the the parts for the duck seasoning and the sauce. In the sauce I used strawberry wine instead of apple juice. This was great!!
