My family is gluten-free and cow dairy free (meaning with cook with goat dairy). We also try to avoid sugar. We lean towards vegetarian most of the time. We eat organic and grass-fed beef. We enjoy knowing where our food has come from and supporting local vendors.
Quinoa with Asian Flavors
This is excellent! We added peas, onions, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and cashews to it. I stir fried them alone and then added them to the quinoa during the last 5 minutes. It tasted just like fried rice but it was healthy! I highly recommend this.
