Excellent. I made a few changes. I added 1C water, 1 12oz beer, and 1 cup of beef broth for the liquid. I also added 1 T of brown sugar to the broth before I added it to the pot. I kept 1/2 of the cabbage head aside and after taking out the veggies and meat, I put the juices in a pot and cooked the 1/2 head of cabbage in that for 10 minutes. I then mixed a flour water mixture into the juices to make a gravy with was very good to add with soda bread.
