My favorite things to cook

I love to cook mexican food, Italian food, casseroles, soups, and salads. Im excited that this website has opened my horizon to cook different foods. I am trying to get into baking because my fiance has a fierce sweet tooth.

Healing Cabbage Soup

I thought it was just okay, felt like there was something missing...until I added curry powder to taste and WOW, fabulous!

Baked Spaghetti

It was pretty good. Different than plain old spaghetti. Was dry the next day warming it up in the microwave. I will make more sauce the next time.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

My first time making BBQ pulled pork sandwiches. It's gotta be one of the easiest meals to make for a group of people. Everyone loved them. I served with coleslaw and baked beans. Thanks!
