Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
This is my ONLY recipe for banana bread anymore. Sometimes I add nuts, sometimes chocolate chips and sometimes nothing but the bread. It is always awesome! People beg me to make it!!!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
Have tried recipe twice and both times my cookies are crumbly and dry. Very few were eaten.

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
This is the best coconut macaroon cookie I have ever tasted and it is so simple and quick! I have found that this recipe makes closer to 18 cookies than a dozen and that they sometimes take up to 20 minutes to bake. I highly recommend using parchment paper, having done it both ways.

Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
This recipe is easy, easy easy! I make it every Christmas and everyone loves these cookies - even those who initially turn them down because they don't care for gingerbread. Be sure to print a couple extra recipes when taking them out because you're going to get a lot of requests for the recipe!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
These cookies went over very well, but the cookie itself didn't have much flavor. Will add vanilla extract to the dough the next time around.

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
I absolutely love scones and this recipe is wonderful! Have made substituting the raisins with strawberries, blueberries and chocolate chips. The first go, I grated the butter but found that I get similar results when using my food processor. I always keep a stick of butter in the freezer now as this is a super quick and easy breakfast on busy days!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Have made this recipe multiple times. Have mashed the chickpeas by hand and in my food processor and either way is great, but one is much faster! I have to add an extra egg to keep the falafels together and I add additional salt to the sauce as it is too sweet for my tastes.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Everyone commented on how moist the cake was! A few could tell that it had boxed cake mix in it, which was a bit disappointing, but overall it went over very well.

Mock Angel Food Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
This cake is awesome! I wanted a denser angel food cake for a strawberry shortcake and this really fit the bill. It was so easy to make and everyone loved the taste! Made exactly as the recipe states. No substitutions needed!

Easy Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
Amazing and very easy. Used for strawberry shortcake and the sour cream really accented the strawberries very well. I cut the sour cream down to 1/4 cup based off of other reviews, and I'm very happy with the result. Will use this recipe over and over again.

Onesy-Twosy Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
The best and easiest peanut butter cookies ever. Used extra chunky peanut butter instead of adding salted peanuts and substituted shortening for butter. Recipe stands up well to substitutions for what you've got on hand.
