Four more meals to report, 2 winners and 2 losers.  First the winners, Angel Hair Pasta with Peppers and Chicken http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Angel-Hair-Pasta-with-Peppers-and-Chicken/Detail.aspx<  was wonderful, 6 points on WW+.  Several family members thought is was too dry and added a little Philadelphia Cooking Creme for sauce.  Aimee's Quick Chicken http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Aimees-Quick-Chicken/Detail.aspx<  is a very bold chicken dish and only 5 points.  Ingredients seem like an odd mix but they work well together.  The Orange Vegetable Soup http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Orange-Vegetables-Soup/Detail.aspx< was questionable and it proved to be pretty bland.  I even got a nasty burn when the soup bubbled and popped on my arm.  Only 3 points though.  Mexican Bean Burgers http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Mexican-Bean-Burgers/Detail.aspx< , 4 points, had promise but didn't deliver on taste.

About Me
I am a mining engineer from Missouri. I am currently working as a sales engineer for a company that manufactures aggregate processing equipment. I love to cook and entertain for family and friends.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook something new. I prefer slow cooker, soups and stews, and stove top meals.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cookies have always been a mainstay for our family. When I am at my parents house we always stop working at 10am to eat cookies.
My cooking triumphs
For the last two years I have been one of the Gourmet Guys at the Friends of the Library fundraiser. I also won the company soup contest with a White Chicken Chili.
