Excellent recipe. Turned out great. I didn't have enough chocolate chips on hand to make a full batch, so I cut the recipe in half. I did 2 half batches - 1 with chocolate chips and 1 with Craisins. They were both good, but the chocolate chip one is fantastic. Will be using this again.

Loved this recipe and will be making them regularly. My husband often stops by Tim Horton's (well known coffee/donut/baked goods store mainly in Canada) in the morning for something similar and spends a few dollars/day. He tried these and said they are better. (What he may not know is that Tim Horton's aren't baked fresh, but warmed from frozen product). I followed the recipe exactly with only 2 additions - added 1 cup of Craisins and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and they turned out amazing. Will be making more soon. I had no idea how quick and simple it was to make these and now we can save some money by making them at home.

These were good and easy to make. They do have a brownie taste to them and are very chocolaty (which I love). I was testing the recipe before Christmas and will make another batch (first time making biscotti).

These were easy and turned out well. I didn't have almond extract so I substituted vanilla extract and used Craisins instead of cherries and they are very good. I left out the white chocolate drizzle as I thought they were nice as they were. Will use this recipe again.

I loved that this recipe is so simple and almost impossible to mess up. I tried making fudge years ago and had problems with it setting and have been hesitant ever since to try again. This turned out perfect and no issues. It is simple and quick. I'm a chocoholic and generally prefer semi-sweet chocolate, but next time I think I would try this with some milk chocolate chips. It tastes great, but is so super sweet and dark chocolaty that you can only have a little teeny tiny bit. The recipe is so easy and quick that I'll be trying again with a slightly different mix of chips.

Tried this and it turned out well. I substituted corn for broccoli (since hubby won't eat anything with broccoli) and used grated cheddar cheese. Skipped the butter and used instant brown rice. Will be using this again.
