Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream

It tastes like fudge pops. :) I throughly enjoy fudge pops, so that's wonderful, but if you don't...I used half and half instead of heavy cream, so that might have mad the difference. I find it delicious! :) *****

Irresistible Whole Wheat Challah

Amazing. :) This is the BEST whole wheat bread I've ever tasted. Most WW bread is dense and dry, but this tastes like Nature's Own Whole Wheat bread. Only 5x better. I use the dough and then the bake setting on our bread maker, and the loaf rises so much that is pushes the top off. :) It is delicious, and stays moist for 4-5 day. I use it to make my sandwiches, and it tastes delicious microwaved with a little bit of honey drizzled on top. DELISH!

Loaded Potato Soup I

Just find a different recipe. Neh. This is how I would describe this recipe. I guess I was expecting everything to be mixed together (bacon, cheese, scallions, etc.) I don't know if it was my fault, but I was expecting creamy. I got lumpy, starchy . :( I would recommend not wasting your time and effort. I mean, if you want to try it, go ahead. My experience wasn't good, and I won't be using this recipe again.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

These were amazing! I whipped them up in about 15 minutes, and popped them into the fridge to chill while I tidied up (about 30 minutes). Thank you so very much for the reviewer who suggested chilling, I think that is what made the difference. I only baked them for 12 minutes, and them came out golden brown on the edges, and almost underbaked in the middle. I've been looking for a chewy chocolate chip cookie for a while now, and VIOLA! Here it is. I'm going to try to find a substitute for the stick and a half of butter, and will try to post an update on the 2nd day chewiness. THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

My best friend and I made these last Sunday for a trat, and they were amazing!!! I had to subistitute brown sugar for white sugar becasue we were out, but they turned out just fine! These took more than 90 minutes, but were so worth it. One hint though? FOLLOW THE RECIPIE! PUT THEM IN MUFFIN CUPS! I was an idiot and didn't. They were still really good, but the yummy sugar and cinamin oozed out the bottom and hardened into the worst hard candy I have ever tasted. We scraped the bottoms off, and tried the last half in the muffin cups. MUCH better. Also, they do expand A LOT in the oven, so don't worry if your rolls are small! :) Yum!

Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

I just made the frosting half an hour ago, and now have it chilling in the freezer to use tomorrow. This frosting is PERFECT for my chocolate-loving, frosting-hating mom. JUst lovely. This is the first time I've ever used a double boiler, so easy! Thank you for the comment at the top on double-boiler instructions!! I am so darn excited to frost Vegan Vanilla Cupcakes (best cupcakes I have EVER had, you MUST try them!!) with this!

Vegan Cupcakes

ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!!! Made 30, had 18 left after the first night, all gone in 3 days. :) YUM! I just substituted 1/2 cup flour for 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs, and added 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Silly me, I didn't relize how quick theese were, and ended up having to wait 10 minutes for the oven to heat up. Even though I let them sit for 10 minutes before baking, left them out overnight, they were sinfully moist, chocolate-ey, and deliciuos! And I didn't feel bad about eating 3 because there is no butter. I finally found my go-to cupcake recipie!

Easy Sugar Cookies

This is one of the best sugar cookies I have ever tasted. Truly. It seems like it bakes a lot, and it does, but I am so glad of that now. I have a 10 year old hand mixer, so I had one heck of a time making these cookies. By the time I got them in the oven, I was plain exausted. They tasted fantastic, and I might make them (hopefully I will have better luck with the prep this time... :D) again. Seems like no one else had a problem, so try them! They're really good.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

As I type this, I am eating this loveley Quiche. I've made this a million times, and absolutley love it. The only change I would make is 1 oz. more bacon, and the flavor is much more prominent.I also use cheddar cheese instead of the cheese recomended, it turns out great. I just love this, it's really easy to make, and the only thing I don't like is how long it takes to cook! :) Absolutley FAB!!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I absolutley ADORED these rolls. We have a bread maker, so after dumping all of the ingredients into the pan, I put it on dough, and my life was complete. Really yummy fresh out the oven, or nuked in the microwave the day after. They are soft and yeasty, and in my opinion, JUST PERFECT.

Chewy Caramel

I just made a batch a few hours ago, and I LOVE this recipie. I have never worked with sugar before, and was Super worried about over heating it, but it turned out perfectly!! I will use this again and again, because it tastes so good (I snuck a few bites. It was vinilla-y butter-y yumm!!) Don't listen to the others who say it tastes bad, this is perfect! Just what I was looking for!
