Cookie Balls

I used generic cookies and they turned out fabulous! Everyone I shared with, asked for the recipe. I didn't even have to take the time to write it down because it's just so EASY! Thank you!

Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
Good, a bit salty though. I personally prefer natural chicken eggs, they have much more flavor (or maybe I'm just use to them?) Plus you only need to boil them for 12 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!

Oven Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
These were good, I added butter, no oil, for more flavor. I also broiled at the end with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.... really yummy! Photo 6 &7 (without cheese)

Potatoes Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
This was good. Although I believe I will go back to the way I used to make this Cheesy potato dish. It takes a lot of time to prep this one, I usually use frozen cubed potatoes in a bag. Add everything together and throw in oven! Instead of cream of chicken I use cream of mushroom (much tastier) and add melted butter and more sour cream. I top it off with crunched up potato chips. Really yummy! (takes about 10 mins to prep! and is not as mushy as this recipe)

This was a delicious meal! To speed up time I used frozen Simek meatballs, and WoW was it delicious! It only took me about 15 minutes to make - tops! I will definitely keep this in my recipe box. Picture No. 48.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
I'm giving this recipe a five star even though my cookies didn't taste right. They did turn out really chewy with great texture, my cookies tasted "waxy", and that is my fault. Instead of adding 1/2 cup of peanut butter, I only added in (what I had left) 1/4 cup. Also adding in chocolate/peanut butter swirled hersey morsels. Sounds like it would be an excellent swap? Not entirely. I reccomend sticking strickley with this recipe, I'm sure they will turn out delicious!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
Just what I was looking for for the Holidays! My entire family absolutely LOVED these cookies! Even my sister, whom dispises nuts, indulged in them! I only had 1/2 cup of macadamia nuts for this recipe, and believe me that was plenty! Each cookie had enough nuts to compliment the white morsels. Also I made sure they only stayed in the oven 10 minutes... as I see they are easily over-baked in some of these pictures. (very easy thing to do) This recipe is one I will be making every year, for holidays as well as just for snacks!
