Broccoli and Stuffing Casserole

Thank you for a way to get my hubby to eat broccoli! I didn't have cream of mushroom soup so I used cream of chicken. Still tasted very good. I, as others, mixed it all up before putting in dish to bake. Added a little more cheese last 5 minutes of baking.

Microwave Corn on the Cob

Chicken Supreme III

My husband & I really like this. I, as others suggested, used chicken broth with the stuffing & milk with the creamed soup. I also used a little butter while cooking the chicken & onion. I have R.A. & look for easy to make & also filling for my husband dishes. This fits the bill. Thanks for the recipe;it's added to my rotation.

Soy Sauce Chicken and Rice

very tasty. I can't stand celery so I used celery salt (that I can handle). I used 1 can of cream of chicken & 1 can of cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic. As per another review, we like a little kick too, so I added a bit more soy & worcestershire & increased the rice to a cup. Chicken came out tender. Easy to prepare & will be added to the rotation. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Piccata II

A hit with my husband and myself. The 1st time I wish I had listened & doubled the sauce. 2nd time I did & had enough to put over rice. Easy & tasty - works for me!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

Very good. I didn't have sherry either so I increased the broth a little. I used another reviewers advise & added butter as i also use very lean meat. Next time I will make a little more gravy. Very good on rice. My picky hubby really enjoyed this as well.

Mock Chicken Fried Steak

How easy is this recipe! My husband & I liked it very much. Good flavor. I put a beef gravy with it but it actually took away from the flavor of the meat. (Glad it was on the side) I will definitely make it again!
