Spicy Tuna Fish Cakes
Loved this! Fast and tasty. I was too lazy to make a potato so i used 1/4 cup instant mashed potatoes. Also baked them as one reviewer mentioned. The texture was divine. Next time I'll try the George Foreman. Definitely a keeper!

Amish Coleslaw
Delicious! Used blue agave since I didn't have any Splenda in the house. (Just halved the listed amounts since its sweeter and I didn't want too sweet) Also, heeded the advice about the oil and halved it. Love the spicy flavors of celery seed and mustard with the vinegar and sweetness. Winner!! Will try again adding green pepper and carrot and further reducing sweetness.

Swedish Dream Cookies
this is almost identical to my grandmothers recipe (she didn't use almond) and it is one of my holiday favorites. Don't be afraid that it smells bad when you bake them... but bake a lot and enjoy - they keep for a very long time!
