Pumpkin Pie (Wheat-Free, Egg-Free, and Dairy-Free)

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I would have rated this recipe five stars, but I cooked it for 1 1/2 hrs. and it still wasn't done in the middle!! My oven is less than 6 months old and I've never had this happen before so I don't think my oven was the issue. Even though it wasn't done, I pulled it out of the oven and refriderated it overnight as called for. It was very, very good! I also used a store bought GFCF pie crust. I will make this again and maybe turn the oven up 25 degrees. Yumm!

Chipotle Mayo

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
After reading the other reviews, I cut back to only one pepper. The second time I made it, I also added some dill relish to the mixture. Either way is good. I love the way this recipe spices up a sandwich!

Easy Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
I was surprised at how well we liked these cookies! My husband devoured them! Instead of oil, I used 1/3 heaping cup of applesauce. I also added a small package of sugar-free lemon jello. They turned out perfect. If you like the flavor of lemon, you'll love these easy to make, cake-like cookies!

Orange Baked Acorn Squash

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2008
Everyone loved it! Personally, I thought it had too much nutmeg, but I will definitely make it again, but I'll use 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg instead of 1 teaspoon. Try it!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2006
Very good cookie, but next time, I will try baking them for 8min. instead of 10 because they were a bit to crisp for us. The filling is awesome; and don't forget, these cookies bake large!

Spaghetti Sauce III

This is the one for us! My husband doesn't like a strong tomatoe taste, so for us this is perfect. I used garlic salt instead of powder and added a small can of tomatoe sauce. Thank You Angie!
