Honey Baked Chicken II

I thought this recipe was delicious and easy. Per the other reviews I cut the butter in half and it was more than enough. I also added more like a Tbls. of curry. I think next time I would add even more curry! I personally think you can't go wrong with curry. I used drumsticks for this recipe (skin removed) and I did let the chicken marinate for a few hours prior to baking. I always cut a few slits into my chicken when marinating. I baked covered for 40 minutes and then uncovered for approx. 30-35 minutes basting and turning the chicken every so often. The chicken came out perfectly moist and so flavorful. I served with basmati rice and a carrot and pea medley with some Middle Eastern spices. My husband and I loved it! We even have enough for lunch tomorrow! Thanks Gretchen, for a simple and yummy recipe.
