Cajun Chicken Lasagna

Great, creamy lasagna. A bit spicy for the kids, but the adults loved it. I will definitely make this dish again. Maybe next time served over fettucine as suggested.

Maple Whole Wheat Bread

Tried altering recipe with gluten and extra maple syrup. Ended up with short, dense mess. I too think there was too much liquied. Going to try another recipe. Sorry!

Very tasty. Very simple. Nice light dessert. I didn't have cinnamon sticks, so I substituted ground cinnamon and it was fine.

Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Followed recipe except I added a little brown sugar and raisins to filling. Turned out very nice and tasty! Loved it! Will definitely make this again.

Savory Herb Rice

Very nice flavor. Much better than any box mix rice. Added everything (except soy)to rice cooker and turned out great. Will definitely make again.

Yummy Yummy Yummy! Husband said 5 stars and the chef at the club needs this recipe. 11 yr old loved it and even the 5 yr old loved it (kept saying "um, um, um") I didn't have any green onion so I substituted onion powder as others suggested. I also baked at 375 for 10 minutes then broiled for 5 min. Great flavor, flaky texture, and perfectly browned! Definitely a keeper!

Eclair Cake

I was pleasantly surprised. I thought "how good can it be since it is so easy to make" but it was very, very good! Took it to a gathering and it flew out of the dish. One person even wanted to lick the remains! Definitely a keeper. I microwaved the store bought icing and it tasted great! I might go make some more right now........

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Very good. Very, very chocolaty--almost too much chocolate if that is even possible. Very rich and dense. Great for pms or recession blues.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was sooooooooo tasty! Took it to a gathering and everyone was in cheesecake heaven. Mine did not crack. Took care to not overmix, left it in oven as directed to cool, and placed a separate pan of water in the oven while it baked. Topped with rasberry sauce (just microwave seedless raspberry jam). Yum Yum. Go Chantal!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Wanted pancakes but didnt have any mix. Great recipe! Alm ost as easy as box mix, and with few ingredients that everyone has in the pantry. Great texture and just the right thickness! Hit with the kids and the husband. Will definitely make again!

Salsa

I didn't realize how simple it is to make salsa! I followed the recipe exactly (with the exception of the tomatillo because I didn't have one). It is so good! Even before I gave the ingredients a chance to marry. I'll never buy jar salsa again!

Creamy Rice Pudding

How am I going to lose 20 lbs if I keep making and eating tasty recipes like this one? Just warms my tummy on a cold morning! I used long grain rice. I'm going to try short next time. Definitely a keeper!
