Grilled Shrimp Scampi

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
Great nomminess - though I did cheat and follow the suggestion of half oil/butter and tossing in Parmesan.

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
These didn't have the type of flavor I was hoping for, and the mushiness of the banana didn't appeal.

I ended up doing this on the stove top because I was short on time and it was quick, easy and very yummy!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Very easy recipe! I altered slightly to use the suggestions made by reviewers by tossing some chopped carrots, celery and onion and a smidge of butter and chicken stock. This came out so tender and juicy! Will be doing this again. :D

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
So fast, easy and yummy!! I used jarred sauce and concentrated tube pesto. Since I didn't have fresh garlic, I seasoned the chicken with garlic powder and italian seasoning when cooking. Still came out great! Thanks for this delightful recipe! :D

Ono Butter Mochi

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Sooo GOOD! As we say here in Hawaii, "Broke da mouth!" Only thing I changed - Bake for about 50 minutes, then put foil over the edges and bake another 20-25 minutes. This way the center becomes more golden brown colored and crispy on top. (FYI, normally toward the center under the crispy coconut, the top will have a layer of "squooshy goodness", don't worry it IS cooked! Blame it on the butter..hehe. YUM!) Ohh and yes, I love it better on the 2nd day, but that's just a matter of personal preference I know others that like it fresh!

Chocolate Snowdrops

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2006
Everyone I know loves these cookies! Most asked for christmas cookie that I make. I make them one batch at a time because the batter is so sticky, and I've burnt out a couple of handmixers because I tried to rush it.. I also stopped using handmixers with this.. lol! My favorite is using Lemon Cake Mix. Tip for fluffier cookies: Use cold Cool Whip out of the fridge, I found out that if I used warmer Cool Whip the cookies turned out flatter and not as chewy.
