Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2014
Very easy and very good. I used regular onions, and pickled jalapeños (all I had on hand) still very good. I also used about 1 TBSP of jalapeño juice. Perfect and easy.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
As the recipe is there is way too much sauce leaving it somewhat bland and right on the cusp of being really good. Next time, I will cut the milk and cream in half but leave the cheeses the same. That should help to bring up the cheese flavor from a subtle hint to BAM! I also added about a tablespoon on oregano and that was a nice touch and the only real flavor I found. I personally don't think it is comparable to a great italian dish as it stands but we can doctor it up a bit as my grandma used to say. It's a good base to start with.

Megan's Granola

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2014
This is hands down, the best granola recipe I have ever tried. It is absolutely delicious! The only modifications... I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil (based on suggestions); it added a great fragrance as well as flavor. I used cashews instead of almonds (left a few in whole pieces) and I boiled the sugar mixture in the microwave (was quick and easy). When the trays were completely cooled (I did this in the fridge), I chopped the granola up into bite sized squares. The leftover crumbs (about a half gallon), I put into a large ziplock which I had as cereal this morning! It is so yummy, and filling, I cannot wait to share it and the recipe with my co workers. Thank you for such a great recipe!
