Our new favorite. I made this on a whim even though my family loved "our salmon recipe never to be changed". This recipe is the new favorite "never to be changed". I will make exactly as written. Delicious.

Ranch Dressing II

A four for me but a five for my family! I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and less mayo. Thick and creamy and just perfect for the kids. I'll use it as is for ranch dip and thin with milk for salads. No more store bought for us. Thank you, Dawnia!

Quiche Lorraine II

I never give recipes 5 stars because I always think something could be better. This recipe is perfect just the way it is. And, we enjoyed it reheated as well. Really delicious. PS - try it with cheddar or Mexican cheese mix for a different flavor. I can't decide which cheese is the best!!! I guess I have to keep making this quiche and trying new cheeses. :)

Lentil and Sausage Soup

This is the first time I liked something well enough to write a review. We did not realize we were lentil fans. We are now! This was very easy to prepare and had an amazing flavor. I only gave the recipe 4 stars because it only needed to cook half the time.
