Butterscotch Oatmeal

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2011
Very very thick. I love the concept! But it's much to thick and sweet for our breakfasts. Thanks for the starting point though!

Fresh Mozzarella Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2011
With a few changes this was delicious! I added chives (or just the top of the green onion) and about 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette. I also took the advice of rubbing the basil leaves with olive oil before chopping them so they would retain color better. A little salt helps as well.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
This banana bread was very good and we loved it! I soaked my bananas in a cup or two of Guinness beer with a good dashing of ground clove for a couple of hours in the refrigerator before making the bread. I mashed up the banana in it and I drained a bit of the beer off before adding it but left most of it in. It made it very moist!!!
