I took the advice from some other people and put this over pasta. I halved the shrimp, thinking the marinade would serve as a sauce. Which turned out wonderful, but not enough sauce! So I would double the marinade. I also used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine. And I halved the cayenne pepper for fear of the taste with my sweet balsamic, which wasn't needed. It wasn't too spicy, and could use the whole amount. Next time I would add some chopped cooked tomatoes to the sauce. But overall this is a great (easy!)recipe, Thanks Rachel!!
