I baked the bread in my oven vs using the baking cycle on my bread machine. I did use the bread machine dough cycle, just dumped the bread out on a floured board, kneaded it a bit(maybe 10 times), shaped it and placed in a greased loaf pan and baked for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven. I followed the recipe but I always use Vital Wheat Gluten Flour, in this recipe I substituted 1/4 cup of the white flour for the gluten.
