Potato Dumplings

Wonderful dumplings served with sauerbraten. I like to roll the dough on a floured board into a log. Then, slice and roll into a ball. Additionally, I brown a slice of toast and some chopped onions in butter, and place in the middle of the dumpling before boiling. This helps prevent a soggy middle and adds flavor to the dumpling.

Fish Fillets Italiano

OMGoodness, this was absolutely the best. I am not a cod fish lover, my husband is, but after trying this recipe I am hooked. I did use the canned tomatoes with the garlic and oregano only because they are the ones I prefer. Thank you, Bonnie for making me a cod fish lover, my husband thanks you also. He said "you could make this every night".

Baked Salmon II

This is by far the best salmon recipe I have tried in a while. The fish was moist and tender, just excellent. I did, however, lighten up on the oi, used 3tbsp. and cut the salt a bit. This will be a staple in my recipe file. Thanks Connie
