Nice crusty loaf, with a dense, yet spongy soda bread. I replaced the margarine with butter (as in all my baking) and it turned out fine. I also added dried currants (soaked until soft and drained) and some caraway seeds, which were wonderful!
I would make this again as it is the best soda bread recipe I've found yet, however I gave it 4/5 stars because I've had better bread elsewhere (personal preference probably).
