Most of my spare time is spent, working with our horses, we train our babies, so they are much easier to train when it comes to going to work for someone.
My favorite things to cook
Love making breakfasts, all kinds of new breakfasts. I travel a lot in my career, and always saw the same things for breakfast. How boring was that? Montreal & Detroit taught me a bunch on new breakfasts. My cornbeef hash is a huge hit, no one out west her has ever heard or tried it. Once they do, they love it. It's real tough going to a resturant because their breakfasts just don't meausre up.
My favorite family cooking traditions
When I travelled, I made a point of picking up a local cook book from the area I was in. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but we have several hundred cook books. It is fun just scanning through them for new stuff.
My cooking triumphs
The best Bar-B-Qer in the west. I am know by most that know me as Bar-B-Q Bob and my wife is known a Gourmet Gail. I do make the best Bar-B-Q'd Steak ever.
My cooking tragedies
Oh my a greek stew, I read the ingredients to my wife over the phone, and she told me I wouldn't like it, man was she right.
