This has been my "go to" pizza crust ever since I found it on this recipe website and it always gets GLORIOUS reviews by friends and family! As long as you have fresh yeast, this recipe will NEVER FAIL YOU. Crunchy on the oustide and chewy on the inside YES! First time I made it, seemed strange that just after mixing it, the dough actually "poured" out of the mixing bowl and onto my floured surface - but don't worry, after it rises and you press out on a pizza stone it will be GREAT! Pizza will be very thick, so consider dividing in half for hand tossed thickness like at pizza parlors - otherwise BEST PIZZA DOGH EVER!
