Chocolate Ribbon Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
These were tasty, but I would add some marshmallows to the cereal mixture next time. I found the chocolate a little hard to spread, but overall we enjoyed these treats.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2007
Very, very good, but even better with some add ins as others have mentioned. Needs something for crunch - celery, julienned carrots, watercrestnuts, etc. - and more variety in color - red pepper, green pepper, etc. I also halved the oil, and it was perfect.

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2007
Fantastic "base" recipe - I added store-bought pesto and my family loved it. I think it'd be good with shrimp substituted for the chicken too.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2005
Super quick and easy - my husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. Next time I'll try a variation with air-popped popcorn to make it a little healthier, but it was definitely great tasting with microwave popcorn!

Pesto Herb Spread

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2004
Fantastic and very, very quick and easy. I used fresh parsley because I didn't have cilantro available and it was wonderful. I'll definitely make this again and again.

Excellent recipe! My husband loved it. We used fresh spinach (blanched) and Colby Jack cheese. Will definitely make again!

Choco-coconut Bars

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2003
Everybody loved these! I tried the dipping method first, but it just wasn't working for me so I pressed the coconut mixture into a 9x11 baking dish and put the melted chocolate (milk chocolate instead of semi sweet) on top with an almond for each bar. Will definitely make this recipe again and again!

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2002
Excellent, super easy recipe. We added a simple muffin struesel topping which brought a touch of sweetness and finished them off just right. Fresh berries are the way to go if you've got access to them.
