Profanity Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
This was excellent. I wasn't sure how my kids would like it but the loved it. I think I could add more wasabi next time. I agree with others that this is a recipe that you can play around with the heat. My husband said it was the best salmon I ever made.

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
My kids and husband loved this and gave me 5 stars. I added sausage and onion and used more garlic than the recipe asked for. I will try variation of this in the future. I will try olives and maybe artichoke and feta. Basically, you can put anything in this that you love on your pizza.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
My kids loved this. I added a little milk to thin out the topping and I crushed a few sour cream and onion potato chips on the top. I think you could add chicken and brocolli to it also and make a more complete meal

Broccoli with Rigatoni

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
I added shrimp to this and just used jarred basil. This was so easy and my kids LOVED it. I think this would be a nice easy lunch during the week.
