AWESOME!!!! I used jumbo shrimp, double butter, lemon pepper (didn't have a lemon), spicy brown mustard, dried basil, added a bit more garlic powder, about 6 drops of hot sauce, and a little crushed red pepper; marinated for about 3 hours and grilled on skewers with charcoal & hickory chips for approx 10-15 minutes. Whipped up some fettucine and olive oil and seasonings for the leftovers (the few there were) and hid it for MY lunch the next day! OH MY GOODNESS!!! You have GOT to try this one!!
