This recipe was delicious. I love anything in a crockpot! I cooked 4.5 lbs of tenderloin, so was unsure about the cook time. I recalled 1 member saying that the meat was so tender is just fell apart, instead of slicing it. I cooked it for 5 hours on high and it still did that. I'm not complaining tho, because it was still delicious. I covered my pork tenderloin in a mixture of garlic powder, salt, pepper & onion powder. Then added the other ingredients. I used a pinot noir wine and it went nicely with the pork. I also added in a bit of sugar, because I found it to be a little too salty for our taste. At the end I thickened the sauce with cornstarch. We ate the gravy with the pork & over the mashed potatoes. I'll definitley make this again!
