Moroccan Tagine
I decided to try this recipe for a Moroccan themed holiday dinner this year. It turned out great! I did have to tweek it a little. I used chicken breast instead of lamb and I followed the advice of previous posts and doubled all of the spices. I also served it with couscous instead of rice. That is a much better option. Overall, it was a big hit!

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
This recipe is FANTASTIC! I just made them tonight after finding this recipe online. For just a few basic ingredients, these brownies came out so delicious. The only thing I had to change was the cooking time. I had to let it bake more like 35 min. In a nut shell, this recipe is a keeper. ;-) **UPDATE: I had to come back and change my stars to 5. I just took this same recipe and made White Brownies and they are sinfully good. All I did to tweek the recipe is omit the coco powder and add another 1/3 cup flour instead, added another 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons of margarine/butter, 2-3 tablespoons more sugar and I used butter for my dish instead of oil. I can not keep these in the house. So, if you have some non chocolate lovers in the house, this is a great alternative. Yummy!!!!!
