Fried Egg Sandwich
I am always reminded since we have chickens, the value of an egg! My friend is always telling me to fix a fried egg sandwich! This one is fabulous... and I have to say, was quick and easy! I left off the ketchup, only because it wasn't my preference!

Bill's Sausage Gravy
What a recipe.... I gave it a high five on QUICK and EASY. The next was TASTE and FLEXABILITY... The final was a down to earth GOOD recipe... I loved the maple sausage for this recipe because it added the element of "breakfast", and served it with fluffy scrambled eggs. WHAT COULD BE BETTER? LOVED it!

Creamy Potato Lasagna
I do something similar with scalloped potatoes, I didn't care for the jarred Alfredo. I used a "cream of" soup. My choice was mushroom,added ham and added fresh mushrooms instead of broccoli. And substituted Swiss for the cheese. My family loved it!
