Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
This weekend Superbowl 2011 will be my 2nd time making this dip! Everyone goes wild over this dip! Instead of canned chicken, I shredded up a rotisserie chicken already cooked from Costco. It adds great flavor! I also bake mine which turns out great. Franks Red Hot sauce also comes in a buffalo flavor...Makes it very tasty! Thanks so much for this recipe! Its a keeper!

Stuffed Jalapeno Firecrackers

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2011
This is a great recipe! We all love it. I have also used mini red, orange, and banana peppers for people who don't like jalapenos. Also, I've mixed the cream cheese with jamaican jerk seasoning and 3 tble crushed pineapple. The sweet and spicy combo is awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

Ground Beef Wellington

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2012
This recipe is super easy. I actually used ground turkey and reduced fat crescent rolls. I took the advice of previous reviews and used onion soup mix, grated cheese, bread crumbs, and Worcestershire sauce. I also doubled the recipe. In the sauce I doubled and used chicken broth in conjunction with the half n half to give it more flavor. My family loved it! Thanks for sharing this recipe, I've been wanting to make a wellington but didn't want to use liver.

I LOVE this recipe! Ive been making it once a week for a month now!!! I do add a little more salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter. It stays fresh in a zip lock bag for a week! Even cut into pieces. Makes yummy french toast as well! Thanks for this keeper!

Grilled Chicken Breast with Cucumber and Pepper Relish

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
Great recipe......For the relish, I used cilantro instead of parsley and added 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar. That really added some flavor!

Famous Taco Seasoning Mix

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2014
This is one of the best homemade taco seasonings! My husband hates garlic and onion so I omitted those ingredients. I also add cumin. I make very large batches at a time! My family will not eat store bought taco seasoning again!
