Luscious Lemon Cake
I made this for my husband who loves anything lemon and it turned out great. I followed the recipe exactly. The only problem I had was the cake did stick on one side of the pan but I think it was because I have no patience and didn't let it cool enough. Very tasty and will definitely make again.

Irish Soda Bread
Love this bread but next time, definitely 2 cups of raisins, 3 is too much. I didn't have sour cream so used 2 cups of buttermilk and 1/4 cup of some vanilla greek yogurt I had in the back of the fridge, it came out perfect. The flour on top was not necessary and it was sort of hard to make the slit in the dough, I tried and then cut another one in while it was in the oven. Definitely a do over.

Vinegar Pickled Carrots
I read the reviews and added some dill weed and used a spicy sea salt mixture I had, added some pepperonicini rings and let marinate for 24 hours. Very tasty. I am going to make more and add celery and red pepper flakes for a spicy kick and give out for Christmas gifts.
