Lemon Bread
Delicious recipe. Very lemony and moist. The recipe lacks a few key instructions. The lemon juice should be added before the milk. Juice some additional lemons for the glaze. The glaze should be made with powdered sugar and poured onto the bread before you take the loaves out of the pans. Cool a bit and then take the loaves out of the pan to cool. I chopped the walnuts very fine. I have been searching for a recipe which would turn out lemony and moist this is the recipe. I did add the zest of two lemons to the recipe. PERFECT.

Curried Quinoa
I followed the recipe. I used Chili 3000 and Vindaloo from Penzeys spices. The chili spice overwhelmed the whole recipe. Nex time I will just use the Vindaloo curry. Not the most alluring blend of flavors. Wi the leftovers I will add some chicken and see how that fares.

Chocolate Covered Orange Balls
Thanks for all the great "helps" I added 3 tablespoons of shortening and used the fork method. Which really helped coat all 50 of my orange balls very nicely. I wish I had used that method on my peanut butter balls I made the previous day. It is a little sweet, but generally a nice flavor. Next time I will add grated orange peel or perhaps some orange flavored liqueur to jazz them up. I coated with milk chocolate chips, next time I think like others suggested I will use a darker chocolate i.e less sweet. I did add some toppings while the chocolate was setting. Some with colored sprinkles, some with grated dark chocolate and some with finely chopped walnuts.
