I'm studying Culinary/Baking Arts at The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale. FL. I've been attending for little over a year, I love it! The Culinary Art Teachers are awesome, from the cooking techniques to sanitation. I'd chose the right field to be in, I'm so blessed to be able to attend and enjoy the practical and general aspect of this field.

I love to bake, anything. From bread to brownies, I also love to slow cook and fry now and again, it varies what I have in my pantry.

My cooking tragedies
Making Italian Bread for a Chef, I was interviewing it was either April or May of this year, for my Concepts and Theory Class. I had to interview a Chef who inspired me. Anyway, it was either April-May of this year, the humidity in South Florida killed my yeast. I must have made 6 loaves of bread that day. I wanted to cry, I so wanted to impress him. Then the lesson I learned, when humidity strikes don't bake! :)
