Cherry Cheese Windmills

Everyone loved these. They are a bit more work than I expected. I chilled them overnight and they were fairly easy to roll out - just like sugar cookies.

My daughter I make this recipe often. We love it and it is very simple to make. We usually add flour/corn starch to the gravy to thicken it up a bit toward the end of cooking. We usually have to double the recipe because we love the leftovers too!

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo

This was a very good and easy recipe. I carmelized some onions and mushrooms and added them to it also. I also doubled the sauce mixture and shrimp. Everyone loved it.

Blueberry Crumb Bars

Country Breakfast Casserole

This is a good recipe. I added a layer of fried potatoes on the bottom then put the sausage on top of that along with the egg & bread on top. The guys at worked loved it.

Candy Cane Cookies III

I had a recipe for these cookies when my kids were little. They used to eat them faster than I could make them. I lost the recipe from then. These are pretty close to the one's I used to make. I didn't use the pepperment extract so they were more like butter cookies

Gooey Butter Cake I

I made this for a church function. the cake seemed a little dry and when I cut it into pieces the topping pealed off with the knife. I like them a bit more gooey!

Cookie Pizza

I tried this recipe for a church function. The kids liked it. Cookie didn't bake as well in the center as the outside. Maybe make four smaller ones instead of two large cookies.
