Salmon Burgers

Clam Sauce with Linguine

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

This was awesome! Only thing I did different was double the servings; and whisk a tablespoon of flour into sauce after butter & heavy cream. I served sauce over lump crab meat & noodles. My son said its one of the best things I've ever made!!! A keeper!

Turkey Ragu with Fontina and Parmesan

Old Fashioned Brown Gravy

This was great! Instead of 2 tablespoons of drippings & 1 cup water, I used 2 cups of strained drippings from a rump roast in my slow cooker. All other ingredients the same. A definite keeper!

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

This was creamy & delicious! After reading reviews I altered by: 2 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup of 2% milk, stirred 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese into mixture before baking-didn't add to top, no mushrooms, used 8 ounces of bow tie noodles and turkey instead of chicken! I also sauté some onion, celery & green pepper in the butter. A definite keeper!
