Russian Tea Cakes I

Excellent cookie! I ended up baking them for 1 extra minute. I think I will make them just a little bit smaller next time, since the do enlarge just a bit during the baking. I will continue to use this recipe for years to come!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Excellent!!! 5 Stars for this one!!! I am new to using a bread machine (this was my 2nd time) but I was very pleased the way these cinnabons turned out. I will make these again & again. :)

Very Chocolate Ice Cream

Very TASTY Recipe! The only change to the ingredients was that I used half & half instead of the milk. Also after the chocolate was melted I put the pan in ice water for 2 minutes then wisked in the cream & vanilla, then refrigerated the mixture for several hours before freezing. This version is how my other ice cream recipes are made and they have all turned out great!

Berry Burst Sorbet

EXCELLENT & BEAUTIFUL color sorbet. I used fresh raspberries that I picked yesterday. Also used 1 cup of regular sugar instead of the Splenda. Then followed the rest of the directions. In my opinion, this recipe wasn't too sweet for me with the full cup of sugar. I will make this again & again.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I'm going by my husbands opinion on these since I don't like stuffed peppers. In his words, these were GREAT! I followed the recipe exactly, except that I used tomato sauce instead of the soup. I did sample the filling before it went into the peppers and I thought it was quite flavorful.

Fettuccine Alfredo V

Deeeeelicious!!!! I followed this recipe to the tee, except that I only used 2 cloves of garlic. I like my alfredo sauce a little on the thinner side, so I'll use less cheese next time.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

I have never made these before because I don't like them. I decided to suprise my husband with something different for him. He ate half the pan and said they were good. I did alter the recipe like alot of the other reviewers did. I think I will continue to use this recipe.

Honey Glazed Ham

Hash Brown and Pork Chop Casserole

Very Good!!! I too browned the Chops in the Worcestershire Sauce, plus browned the onions & hashbrowns too. Chops came out tender being buried in the mixture too! I also used cream of mushroom soup and blended half the cheese into the mixture. Then added the other half of cheese during the last 20 minutes of baking. My husband said I can make this again. Thanks for all the helpful reviews.

Chili I

After reading lots of the reviews on this recipe, I decided that I had to try it. 5 STARS to Bob for this recipe! This was the best chili that I've ever made. Even my husband raved about it. I even made a neighbor try it after they turned thier nose up when I told them about the beer, coffee & cocoa. Needless to say I had to print them a copy of this recipe too. I used 3 Habenaro peppers and only 1 can of kidney beans because my husband doesn't care for them. I also made this a day ahead of time, because everyone knows chili tastes better the second day. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!!!

This was my first time ever making biscuits & they turned out just fine. I rolled them out to about 3/4 of an inch thick and they doubled their size while cooking. I will make these again.

Cajun Barbecued Chicken

Wow, what a easy marinade! My husband loved it, but he said to "Kick it up a notch" next time! I loved it just the way it was, not too spicy. I did use Olive Oil in place of the vegetable oil and used my foreman grill to cook them. This recipe will be a keeper in my family. Thanks

Beef Stroganoff II

I too followed the advice of other's and marinated the sirloin steak. Well worth the time to wait, it added good flavor. I also used fresh mushrooms instead of using the canned ones. I will continue to make this often.
