Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
These burgers are absolutely wonderful! As others have suggested, make sure to drain the liquid from the veggies after processing. I like to add any veggies I have leftover - corn is really good in these burgers. I also use Ritz cracker crumbs in place of bread crumbs for added flavor. I find it easier to cook them in a frying pan instead of on the grill. Great recipe!
