Buffalo Chicken Wings I

This was a great recipe! I did tweak it a little because I don't like wing meat - I used chicken tender strips instead. I also added more vinegar and Frank's Hot Sauce and used much less oil - sauteed them in a skillet. Great flavor but as others said the sauce was a little thin. I will try adding flour to thicken it a bit more and will let it marinade longer next time for more flavor. They were great the next day!

Marinated Tuna Steak

I agree that this recipe was pretty blah tasting. I admit I did cut out the orange juice (it just sounded gross with the other ingredients), but I don't think it would have made that much difference. I think I over cooked the tuna as it was a little dry and tough. I'll probably try this recipe one more time and tweak it a little by adding honey and letting it marinade a lot longer and cooking it for less time.

Cheesy Baked Salmon

My boyfriend LOVED this recipe! I was surprised at how much he liked it. I felt it was a bit heavy on the onions though so I did cut back on them when I made it again. Dill is now one of my favorite herbs to cook with.

Spinach Cheese Squares

I think this is a winner even though I wasn't particularly impressed with the flavor of them - everyone else was though! I did add some garlic powder (didn't really seem to help with flavor much) and some Frank's Red Hot (I'm going to add more next time to give it a little more zing), and will probably add minced garlic instead of garlic powder next time. I do agree with previous reviewers that it was a tad too greasy, I'd halve the butter next time. All in all a hit!

Cherry Tomatoes Filled with Goat Cheese

I thought this was a great recipe! Well worth the time of hollowing out all those cherry tomatoes (I doubled the recipe). I used it for my boyfriends art opening and people loved them! I did take other reviewers advice and did not use any salt and it was a good thing I did. It would have been way too salty otherwise. I also used a combination of feta and crumbled blue cheese for added flavor.
