Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
Very good! I love pasta and spice. I did add chicken breast and as far as it being runny, I didn't have a problem because I didn't boil the noodles completely. I added them to the sauce and let it sit for about five minutes and they soaked up the liquid. I did make it too spicy with was my fault. I unscrewed the lid to the cayenne pepper instead of flipping it and dumped in a whole lot of pepper instead of just sprinkling a little more in. I added some more cheese to cut down the spice.

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
I made this for a Christmas party and everyone loved it! I will be making this cake again and will probably become a tradition. I did use a 13x9 pan instead of a bundt pan and it was still great!

Chunky Broccoli Cheese Soup
This was very good. I cooked chicken breasts instead of using canned and I lightened it by using low fat soups and light cheese.
