To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These were very good blueberry muffins! They even came out of the pan easily without liners, so they looked good as well. They didn't last long. I will make these again.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

These muffins were very light and tender. My children loved them! Definately use paper liners; I had a hard time getting them out of the pan without them. I forgot to put the sugar on top and I think I would like that even better.

Pecan Pie Bars I

These bars are SOOOO very good!!! I tried another recipe and it did not taste like pecan pie. These, however, do. These would be a great give-away Christmas cookie. Very easy to make also. I used Splenda for the sugar and would not know the difference. Yum!

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini

Everyone in my family really enjoyed this. The tortellini was a special treat for all but my 5 year old son who did not like it (the tortellini; he liked the soup itself). It was super easy and fast to make which is always good for last minute dinner ideas and lunches! I will make this again. I'll just keep more tortellini for the rest of us instead of giving it to my son!

Iced Pumpkin Blondies

Very good! My husband, who does not like pumpkin, even enjoyed these. I liked the maple cream cheese frosting. I thought it went well. (So did my three year old daughter who just licked it off and asked for more.) It's a great way to sneak in some vitamins!

Orange Cranberry Drops

Very good cookie. Very orange! We think they taste best with an orange glaze on them. That's all I would change.

Burrito Pie

We liked this but I would cut the hamburger and refried beans in half (one pound burger and one can beans). There was too much of them! This does make a lot. I will probably make it again using less of the above ingredients.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Cinnabun Cookies

I did not put the dollup on the bottom of the cookie due to the previews I had read. I think these would be better with an icing or cream cheese frosting. They are best when warm from the oven.

Homemade Butter

This was a fun project for my three and five year old. We were all amazed at how easy the process of making butter is. It tasted just like real butter, too! Will definately do again.

Old Time Popcorn Balls

I liked that there was no butter in this recipe. It tasted good but the sugar did crystallize. I took some to my son's preschool class for his birthday and they were a hit with the kids.
